After you kill Axehead Demon of King of Hell the gate to second room will open. You can kill only the Axehead to  advance to the second room.

In Room 2 you have to kill monsters till the boss appear.The boss, Mei San-he has two forms. You need to kill both forms in order to advance to loot rooms.

Loot rooms/ Treasure Rooms (3). From the loot rooms where you can find chests with different type of loot objects, you break the wall and exit to the village.
