You have to confirm the HEROIC episode daily and choose the scroll for the Chumming (Fisherman, Liaodong map) certification to start this quest. Accept the quest and go to Liaodong map. LF to Fisherman NPC near Advanced Base ( Black clan side of map). Talk to the NPC. You have to find how to the a SECRET bait so you have to go to Ma Mei Port port and speak with the merchant. For the merchant to share his bait recipe you have to find ingredients. You have to find : - BEEF - BULL animal -PORK - PIG animal -CHIKEN - HEN animal -CHIKEN - ROOSTER animal -DOG - DOG animal The ingredients can be found after you slay bulls, pigs, hens, roosters and dogs. You can find the animals in clan base map or other villages in the land. When you have the ingredients and recipe from the NPC ready you have to craft SUSPICIOUS MEAT item. After go back to the fisherman and give him the suspicious meat. I choose the first option : Rewards :
