After you get the certification you get the RTE quest Waterboy. 


You have to travel to Nanchang.



Go to the NPC near Heron Tower : 

Talk to the NPC :



You will get an item

You have to use the item to proceed with the quest :



Talk to the NPC again :



After you finish to talk to the NPC you will get Sharkfest Participation Award 1.


This Award 1 among others is used to craft event items :
