The Combat System The combat system in 9Dragons was designed to be different to those of other, the combat system has been designed to be both fair and involving. When you first start the game, you have no fighting ability at all. Just like in real life, when you attack, you just flail around with your fists because that is the natural thing to do. However, you know that you can be so much better! What you need is someone to teach you some moves. Depending on what clan you chose to join at the beginning, you will find a master somewhere near the starting point who will teach you the basics. They are easy to spot because around them are all the training aids that you will have seen in martial arts films - training dummies, platforms and practice areas. They will charge you a nominal amount to teach you the basics. Each basic trainer may know a few easy moves... two or three for unarmed combat, and a couple for a sword or exotic weapon training. This is where it get
