Permanent adds on : elixirs +55 stats.

For the rest of 80 % build power the adds on are :

Refined clothes highest possible ( pve or pvp reff ). You can add scroll for more upgrading. Clothes have pockets so add ornaments like const/dex. After new update we will get +30 ones.
Relics with adds on : pve or pvp enchant with meds . You must obtain the highest stats.
Inner clothes (cloth & pants) can go up to lv3 & Magic Kunlun (cloth & belt). Enchant with meds .You must obtain the highest stats.
Refined Weapon. You can add scroll and enchant stats and upgrade to wave and rapel. Weapons have pockets so add ornaments like critics. Best ornaments : SRS upgraded ones : pshy/chi kung balance 6%, damage/chi kung damage + 2500.
Premium : cavity press on.
Bands stats : attribute increase, critics and other adds on.
Deco (level 4 deco from KL, LL, etc.)
Pils : critical + attributes.
Buffs & leech damage from healer
