After you kill the Giant the gate to second room will open. You can kill only the Giant to advance to the second room.

Blood-Scythe Monk of Death Valley (Red)- level 208

The boss will spawn with other mobs around him :

The Boss has two forms :

                                                 Dream-faced Buddha (Red) -level 210

Dream-faced Buddha - Transform (Red)- level 210

Loot rooms/ Treasure Rooms (3). From the loot rooms where you can find chests with different type of loot objects, you break the wall and exit to the village.
