RTD : A hero is always a hero

I talked to Jiang Shibai  (Nanjian Constable), and Wang Xing . I must find a mysterious woman in Jinan and talk to her. She gave me a relic (supposedly the weapon used by Nocturnal Sorceress) and disappear, ending the quest.
