Wan Daye, the collectioner from Hefei have a mission for me. HE wants to collect the Fans of the Clan of Four Gods. I went to Wuan to find more on the first fan. Seems that the person who knows went inside COF (Choice of Fate). I went after him to retrive the fan and add it to the collection.
