Seems I must obtain a Liquor bottle with deadly poison from Poison Seung Mae Swing (first floor of CoC) I gave the bottle to Yinzu Xing (at the entrance of the cave) . Now I must find Stormy Arrow (first floor of CoC). I found a strange letter and show to Xing Yinzi. He told me to talk to Fen ( on the second floor of CoC).
